Replacement/Exchange

At H&H, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  1. The item is unused and in its original condition.
  2. The item is in its original packaging, including any tags and labels.
  3. The exchange request is accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  4. For exchange you'll have to courier the product(s) on the following address :
    H&H Warehouse : Chowk, lucknow-226003.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  2. The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Note : A 360 degree unboxing video ( before opening the package ) is required to claim any manufacturing defect.

  • Email us at hnh.offcial@gmail.com with the unboxing video and the issue you are facing.
  • Our team will inspect your return request and approve accordingly.
  • After the inspection is done, you can return the product and WE'LL PROVIDE THE STORE CREDIT OF THE SAME AMOUNT WHICH YOU HAVE SPENT ON SHOPPING, STORE CREDIT CAN BE USED ANYTIME IN FUTURE.

Refunds

For if any reason you are not satisfed with the product you can return the product(s).

  • For refund order has to be send on the following address :

  • Once the package is received in our warehouse, store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you will be provided which can be used anytime.
